condo at The River for sale and rent

The River is a Raimon Land residential development on the Charoen Nakhon bank of the Chao Phraya. Designed by HB Design and completed in 2012, its two towers use contrasting façade treatments: curved glazing on one face and a more recessed, articulated arrangement on the other. The architect’s portfolio also documents a double-height residential lobby and an arrival point from the pier.

The riverside setting continues into the shared amenities. Raimon Land identifies a private jetty, an Olympic-size pool, garden pools, a sky pool, a multipurpose court, a river-facing gym and a playground. Together these spaces give the development its resort-style positioning, without implying that every apartment has the same view or layout.

ICONSIAM is a major destination in the surrounding Charoen Nakhon area. Rail and boat connections need to be considered together when planning travel across the river. Shrewsbury’s Riverside campus and Saint Louis Hospital are on the opposite bank. The total-unit figure below is explicitly tied to the developer’s 2016 report, while the floor counts follow the architect’s published description.
